Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the structural and functional state of the myocardium and intracardiac hemodynamics, taking into account the daily rhythm of the AT and ECG, the HRV supplemented the idea of the flow of AF in patients with WB and excess body weight, both in conditions of recovery of sinus rhythm, and in conditions of long-term persistence with a balance assessment hemocoagulation. It is established that in patients with a constant form of AF, with the increase of BMI, the anti-coagulation system of the blood with subsequent depletion of it is suppressed and the thrombogenic potential is increased, which to a greater extent worsens the hemostatic balance. The application of the proposed prophylactic model of warfarin dosing based on available anthropometric, demographic, and associated conditions of patients in the actual clinical practice will minimize thrombotic risk and hemorrhagic complications during long-term anticoagulant therapy. The prognostically significant risk factors of hemorrhagic complications in the background of warfarin therapy established in the work will allow timely allocation of high-risk groups of bleeding with viewing and correction of the dose of anticoagulant.
