Dyachuk N. Administrative and legal regulation of the protection of the Ukrainian Carpathians

In the dissertation research the theoretical generalization and the new decision of a scientific problem are carried out: essence, characteristic features and organizational and legal aspects of problems of administrative and legal regulation of protection of the Ukrainian Carpathians are revealed. It is proved that in modern Ukraine the problem of protection of the Ukrainian Carpathians is one of the biggest environmental problems, the proper solution of which is the key to preserving mountain ecosystems, flora and fauna, water resources, sustainable nature management, efficient forestry, hunting, tourism promotion, recreation, environmental protection, access of citizens of Ukraine to quality drinking water, as well as further development of Ukraine as a democratic and legal state, civil society and market economy, promoting the process of European integration of Ukraine. As a result, proper administrative and legal regulation of the protection of the Ukrainian Carpathians is now extremely important. The author's definition of the concept of "administrative and legal regulation of the protection of the Ukrainian Carpathians" is formulated as a mutually agreed set of norms and principles of law, forms and methods of administrative law, authorized entities and their activities aimed at administrative and legal protection of the Ukrainian Carpathians. It is established that the form of administrative and legal regulation of protection of the Ukrainian Carpathians is a kind of legal activity consisting of a set of mutually agreed organizational measures aimed at ensuring proper practical protection of the Ukrainian Carpathians, in particular: preservation of mountain ecosystems, flora and fauna, water resources, sustainable nature management, efficient forestry, hunting, promotion of tourism, recreation, environmental protection.
