Essay

The essence of small business and features of its formation in the conditions of economy of region are investigated. Based on the generalization of knowledge of economic theories, small business in the region is defined as a category, a system of business relations of economic entities, which allows to obtain mutually beneficial socio-economic results of each participant in this system in conditions of competition, uncertainty and risk. region The main directions of increasing the socio-economic contribution of small agribusiness in the sustainable development of the region on the basis of diagnostics made at the present stage have been improved: increasing the efficiency of state programs to support and develop small business in the agricultural sector; streamlining and optimizing the regional system of administrative regulation of agricultural entrepreneurship, taking into account the expectations of small businesses; reducing the level of aggressiveness of the regional business environment, the current state of which almost completely blocks the aspirations of the individual; to continue agribusiness in case of the first unsuccessful experience, establishing constructive interaction of large companies with small enterprises in the region, etc. The author’s method of evaluating the effectiveness of regional policy to support small business is proposed, which allows to evaluate all the main areas, namely: the scale of activity, social and investment efficiency. Improved the concept of agrarian structure as a set of socio-economic elements, links and interactions that ensure the integrity and unity of agriculture, as a complex biosocial economic system, historically created within a territorial unit in the process of a special type of human activity, when land and biological objects. objects are used either as the main means of food production, or as a means of achieving other, no less important than food specific life support goals: recreational, residential, cultural and ethical. An analysis of the formation of entrepreneurship in Ukraine through a comprehensive assessment of the state of different types of farms. Characteristics of large, medium and small enterprises, diagnosis of changes in the role of large agricultural firms allowed to justify the growing influence of small agricultural business in adjusting the current trend of depopulation in rural areas, as well as to formulate proposals for improving agricultural policy in Ukraine and its subjects. ; The priority directions of formation of economic conditions and mechanisms of formation of small business in agriculture are substantiated, on the basis of which strategic tasks are formed, from which are: improvement of agroinsurance, formation of wholesale distribution centers, etc .; the current state of small rural entrepreneurship is analyzed, where its structural characteristics are considered and the tendencies, conditions and features of small business formation are revealed, the role and place of small forms of management in the system of agricultural production are revealed. The organizational and economic mechanism for regulating the development of small businesses in the agricultural sector of the economy has been improved, the feature of which is the formation of associations of economic entities based on a flexible combination of cooperation, integration, specialization and concentration of homogeneous products in optimal sizes. instruments of state support for stimulating agrarian business and the peculiarities of the region.
