Omelchenko L. Administrative and legal mechanism for ensuring competition protection in Ukraine

The dissertation provides a theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem, which is to determine the features of the administrative and legal mechanism for ensuring the protection of competition in Ukraine with the subsequent formation of proposals for improving the relevant administrative legislation. The subject, purpose, principles and methods of administrative and legal support of competition protection are substantiated. The system of subjects of administrative and legal support of competition protection in Ukraine is defined. An analysis of administrative procedures to ensure competition protection in Ukraine. Peculiarities of administrative liability for offenses in the field of competition protection in Ukraine are determined. The foreign experience of the organization of administrative and legal support of competition protection is analyzed and the possibilities of its application in Ukraine are determined. Ways to improve the administrative and legal mechanism to ensure the protection of competition in Ukraine are proposed.
