Shafiieva L. Features of regulation of innovative development of fruit and berry production in the region

The dissertation is a manuscript in which the theoretical and methodical bases and practical recommendations of innovative development of fruit and berry production in the region are developed and substantiated. The dissertation research defines the concept of "innovation strategy of the region" as a product of the overall corporate strategy of enterprises in the region, technical policy, competitive strategy, strategic investment decisions and personnel policy strategy, which are implemented through interrelated actions to prioritize innovation and achieve them. that is managing future change. An algorithm for regulating the innovative development of the region is proposed, which allows to determine the key stages of formation of strategic behavior, which should be taken into account when developing appropriate strategies for the development of enterprises in the region and, in particular, fruit and berry enterprises. The perspective parameters of fruit and berry agricultural enterprises are described, which can implement two essentially different strategies of innovative development of production, one of which will be focused on the market of fruit raw materials, the other - on the market of fresh products. Diagnosis of the state of development of the fruit and berry industry of the regions of Ukraine is carried out. The analysis identified the presence of significant potential for the development of horticulture and berry growing in Ukraine in terms of demand in domestic and foreign markets. The state of fruit and berry production in Vinnytsia region has been studied, which has confidently consolidated its position as a leader in fruit and berry production and is significantly ahead of other regions of Ukraine in terms of industry. It is proposed to create a regional cluster of enterprises that have fruit and berry products in their products, based on established cooperation and productive relationships between its producers and farms with refrigeration and processing equipment, scientific and research institutions. Proposals for improving the strategic regulation of fruit and berry production in the region have been provided. Priority areas of state support have been developed, among which the priority tasks are: support for basic research; sectoral education and retraining for both the industry and the agro-industrial complex; development and promotion of investment activities; promoting ideas of the need for innovation.
