Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the issues of increasing the productivity and quality of processing during the cutting of metal blanks per set of the development of the design of saw blade with multi-directional teeth and the definition of rational processing modes. Based on the general positions of the cutting theory and the design of cutting tools, the design of the tool was developed and the geometric parameters of the cutting part were investigated during its operation. Based on the theory of surface shaping, methods have been developed for determining the parameters of the cut layer based on 3D modeling using solid geometric modeling and analytical modeling systems. Parameters of cut layer are investigated, on the basis of which theoretical geometric parameters of tool and modes of its operation are determined. The conducted laboratory tests, aimed at verifying the theoretical research, made it possible to obtain analytical dependences of the characteristics of the processing process and the quality of the obtained parts. Optimization of the obtained dependences allowed to obtain the recommended geometrical parameters and machining modes, on the basis of which the geometrical parameters of the tool were determined and the parameters of the chip groove and the number of teeth were specified. Industrial verification of research results confirmed the results of theoretical research.
