Zubatiuk O. Prognostic assessment of social functioning violations in patients with depressive-paranoid syndrome

The problem of SF violations in PD with DPS is relevant in modern psychiatry. Despite the research conducted in recent years, the issues of studying the dynamics of SF and SC level in different types of PD remain insufficiently covered. The thesis presents a theoretical study and practical solution of an important problem in the field of psychiatry for prognostic assessment of the SF level in patients with DPS in PSch, SaD and MDDPF. The research also provides an optimization of approaches to patients’ comprehensive treatment and psycho rehabilitation by studying clinical and psychopathology peculiarities of their symptoms and SC and their effects on the level and dynamics of SF. According to the results of the dissertation research, a set of therapeutic, rehabilitation and preventive measures was developed. This set was implemented under the conditions of outpatient treatment to maintain a qualitatively sufficient level of SF in patients with DPS in PSch, SaD and MDDPF. Taking into account the peculiarities of SC in patients with DPS in PSch, SaD and MDDPF, a modified version of the SC training program was developed.
