Essay

The thesis is a theoretical synthesis and a new solution to scientific problems based on revealing the essence, tasks and nature of organizational support for economic courts operation, trends and prospects for improving national administrative and procedure legislation in this field. The concept and the content of organizational support for economic courts operation as a form of judicial administration are clarified. It is underlined that the topic of the study is relevant in view of the need to renovate economic legislation and the ongoing reform processes, which in turn should have a clear legal framework in the form of legal regulations of different types and legal force. The tasks, objective and principles of organizational support for the activities of economic courts are determined, since they outline and reveal the main basic categories of law, and they are aimed at ensuring the procedural activity of the court and the basis for the organization of national justice. It is noted that well-defined classification measures enable to study the systemic mechanism of the legal framework for the organizational support of economic courts. A specificity of the administrative and legal status of the State Judicial Administration as an actor of organizational support for the activities of economic courts is established. The state of regulatory and legal framework for organizational support for economic courts operation is described. An author’s original definition of a number of concepts is proposed: «organizational support for economic courts operation», «principles of organizational support for economic courts operation», «legal framework for organizational support for economic courts operation», «methods of organizational support for economic courts operation», «administrative procedures for organizational support for economic courts» etc. The study identifies promising areas for improving the administrative and legal regulatory framework for the organizational activities of economic courts through amendments and additions to existing legislation. Possible ways of adjusting international experience to the national legal system in the field of organizational support for courts operation are established.
