Avershyn S. Formation and development of regional innovative industrial clusters

The dissertation is devoted to substantiation of theoretical-methodical and scientific-practical bases of formation and development of innovation clusters in priority industrial spheres of regional economy in the conditions of crisis, uncertainty and growth of the international competition. The modern essence and content of the conceptual and terminological apparatus of innovative regional clusters are determined. An updated concept of innovative regional industrial cluster is proposed, which, taking into account the features, provides an opportunity to expand and establish intercluster, intersectoral and interregional ties and assess the impact of such formation on the efficiency and competitiveness of the region and the country as a whole. The necessity to carry out the complex analysis of formation and realization of cluster policy taking into account two kinds of innovative activity of cluster enterprises is substantiated: 1) innovation for the cluster enterprise; 2) innovation for the cluster.
