The dissertation is devoted to the formation of theoretical and methodological and complex principles of formation of the main regional trends in warehousing logistics using foreign experience in the innovative transformation of regional transport and logistics systems and world standards and norms in the field of logic. The characteristics of warehouse logistics have been substantially changed. The development of warehousing logistics at the micro, meso, macro level is substantiated. To reveal methodical approaches to an estimation of efficiency of management of warehouse logistics. Economic diagnostics of the main trends in warehousing logistics in Ukraine, developed methodological approaches and assessed the economic attractiveness of the regions of Ukraine in the context of warehousing logistics, analyzed the state and efficiency of transport and logistics potential of the Black Sea region from the perspective of future potential.
