Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the issue of increasing of the cement concretes` crack resistance with the use of composite polydisperse reinforcement with polypropylene fibres of "polyarm" and "microarm" types in order to improve their strength properties and force and energy characteristics of crack resistance. The efficiency of dispersed reinforcement for concretes for transport purposes is established. The influence of fiber consumption, the ratio of fiber length to the maximum grain size of coarse aggregate, the space coefficient of coarse aggregate grains on the tensile strength in bending and the crack resistance characteristics of dispersed reinforced cement concretes is shown. Compositions of cement concretes with composite polydisperse reinforcement with polypropylene fibers of "polyarm" and "microarm" type have been developed and optimized according to the criteria of strength, force and energy characteristics of crack resistance and their efficiency has been proved. Shrinkage deformations, construction and technical properties of developed concretes are investigated. Their research and industrial implementation has been carried out and the technical and economic efficiency has been substantiated.
