Essay

The dissertation reveals questions of increasing of efficacy, diagnostic and prophylaxis approaches, and ways of treatment of the stress-associated disorder (SAD) manifestations in primary school children (1-2 school grades) at the beginning and during whole schooling period. It was detected the peculiarities of manifestation of stress-associated disorder based on the data received from study. It was determined 2 types of clinical manifestation disorders: the long term behavior disorders, decreased cognitive function and motivation for studying (28%) and increasing of rate of recurrent respiratory infections and some of somatic-vegetative manifestations (68%). It was demonstrated correlations between manifestations of stress-associated disorder and lipid metabolism condition and sufficient quantity of vitamin D and PUFA as well. It was proved that low levels of vitamin D and PUFA increase the frequency of stress-associated disorders. It was demonstrated the necessity and efficacy of the supplementation of the diet of schoolchildren with PUFA and vitamin D. It was proved the correlation between levels of PUFA and disorders of lipid metabolism demonstrated the need additional supplementation.
