Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the experimental study of the occurrence regularities of stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) together with random lasing (RL) of laser organic dyes in strongly scattering media (SSM) on examples of vesicular polymer films. The experimental dependencies of the secondary radiation spectra of laser dyes of rhodamine and pyrromethene series on pumping intensity, concentration of dye molecules and scattering centers (vesicles) as well as temperature are obtained. Based on the obtained data, a conclusion about confirmation the occurrence model of SRS and RL as a mutually coupled process was made. On the basis of this model, a method for obtaining the vibrational spectra from their secondary radiation spectra in SSM is proposed. Using this technique, the vibrational spectra of the studied dyes were obtained.
