Anokhin V. Administrative and legal support of information and analytical work of the State Tax Service of Ukraine

The dissertation is a comprehensive study of information and analytical support of legal aid in The State Tax Service of Ukraine. In accordance with the set goals and objectives defined: the concept of information and analytical support of the legal aid in The State Tax Service of Ukraine; features of activity of legal service of tax bodies concerning their use of information resources; methods of interaction on the exchange of information between tax authorities and other competent authorities of Ukraine and foreign countries; the process of modernization of the tax service by informatization and involvement of paperless technologies for the formation of a single database of The State Tax Service of Ukraine; the problems of development and improvement of information-analytical support of legal work of The State Tax Service of Ukraine concerning introduction of modern technologies, and also problems of guarantee of information security and problems of protection of information and information systems in bodies of the state tax service of Ukraine are analyzed. The Thesis analyzes the current legislation governing the activities of the legal service of The State Tax Service of Ukraine the formation of information and analytical support of the tax service, summarizes domestic and foreign experience in improving the information and analytical support of The State Tax Service of Ukraine. Based on this, a number of conclusions, practical proposals and recommendations to the current legislation are formed, which aim to improve the information and analytical support of the legal aid of The State Tax Service of Ukraine in modern conditions.
