Kazmina Y. Administrative and legal regulation of the implementation of the European Green Course in agriculture of Ukraine

The dissertation study provides a new explanation of the scientific task of identifying the peculiarities of the administrative and legal regulation of the implementation of the "European Green Course" in the agriculture of Ukraine. The essence of the state policy of Ukraine in this area is revealed. A historical and legal review of the problem of EU policy formation regarding the implementation of the specified course was carried out. The peculiarities of the mechanism of administrative and legal regulation have been clarified and the system of subjects for the implementation of the "European Green Course" in the agriculture of Ukraine has been determined. The specifics and types of public tools used for this are defined. The essence of the implementation of EU legislation into the national legal system regarding the implementation of the "European Green Course" is characterized, the methods and directions of the development of administrative legislation regarding the implementation of this course in the agriculture of Ukraine are revealed.
