The dissertation work is devoted to the study of metal outflow processes at the stage of the second technological transfer of steel at the CCM between the tundish and the crystallizer through the cavity of the quick change nozzle, reducing the splashing of the metal jet and reducing wave formation on the meniscus of the crystallizer, due to which it is possible to achieve increased operation.
