Humennyy M. Integration of expert analytical tools in the management of land and property resources of agricultural enterprises

The dissertation is dedicated to obtaining a new solution to an important scientific and practical task regarding the integration of expert analytical tools in the management of land and property resources of agricultural enterprises. The work identified essential and substantive features of land and property resources of agrarian enterprises in the system of their resource potential, defined structural features of management systems of land and property resources of agrarian enterprises; methodical approaches to the use of expert-analytical tools in the management of land and property resources of agricultural enterprises were developed; the trends of changes in the economic efficiency of the use of land resources by agricultural enterprises were determined using expert-analytical evaluation methods; the trends in the application of expert and analytical tools for assessing the potential of the efficiency of the use of land and property resources of agricultural enterprises have been identified; environmental consequences of changes in land use of agricultural enterprises are outlined; the architecture of land resource management mechanisms of agrarian enterprises is substantiated based on the application of expert analytical tools; methods and approaches to planning and organization of the use of land and property resources of agricultural enterprises were determined; approaches to managing changes in land and property resource management systems of agricultural enterprises are identified. In the first section, the essential and substantive characteristics and features of land and property resources of agrarian enterprises in the system of their resource potential are considered, the structure of management systems of land and property resources of agrarian enterprises is identified, and the composition and features of expert-analytical planning and control tools in land management systems are outlined. and property resources of agricultural enterprises. In the second chapter, the results of the analysis of the dynamics of the economic efficiency of the use of land resources by agricultural enterprises and the expert-analytical assessment of its level are presented, the trends of the use of expert and analytical tools for assessing the potential of the efficiency of the use of land and property resources of agricultural enterprises are identified, and the environmental consequences of changes in the land use of agricultural enterprises are also determined on the basis of their expert analytical assessment. In the third section, the construction of land resources management mechanisms of agrarian enterprises based on the application of expert analytical tools is considered, the peculiarities of planning and organization of the use of land and property resources of agrarian enterprises are determined, and the organizational principles of managing changes in the management systems of land and property resources of agrarian enterprises are identified. The conceptual principles of the construction and functioning of mechanisms for managing land resources of agrarian enterprises are substantiated, which are based on the application of expert and analytical tools for determining the value characteristics of land resources, management of capitalization, efficiency and competitiveness of agrarian enterprises, as well as making strategic management decisions in view of the level of development and opportunities effective mobilization of their resource potential. The scientific interpretation of the definitions of "land resources" and "property resources" has been developed by identifying their role and significance in the formation of the resource and economic potential of an agrarian enterprise through the prism of applying relevant methodological approaches and techniques to their evaluation with the help of expert analytical tools. Organizational approaches to the use of expert and analytical tools for assessing the potential of the effectiveness of the use of land and property resources of agrarian enterprises have also developed, which are based on the use of these tools for the formation of an information base for strategic decision-making. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the development of theoretical and methodological provisions and practical recommendations for the integration of expert analytical tools in the management of land and property resources of agricultural enterprises.
