Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the substantive and procedural aspects of administrative liability for offences in the agricultural sector, identifying conflicts and gaps in its legal regulation and typical shortcomings in law enforcement, and formulating proposals for improving legislation in this area. The author provides a definition of an administrative offence in the agricultural sector, substantiates the list of such offences, clarifies their features, proposes a classification, and identifies the general features of the provisions establishing liability for administrative offences in the agricultural sector. The author examines the composition of certain administrative offences in the agricultural sector, defines their subject, object, and also the features of the objective and subjective sides.
