Essay

The dissertation is devoted to a comprehensive study of public administration of the food sector in Ukraine. The legal doctrine within which certain aspects of public administration of the food sector in Ukraine were studied was analyzed. It was established that the system of public administration entities vested with powers in the food sector includes: 1) state executive bodies; 2) local self-government bodies; 3) entities of delegated powers; 4) entities that are not classified as state executive bodies and local self-government, but which are endowed with separate powers to ensure managerial influence in the specified area.
