The detailed analysis of ante-, intra-, and early neonatic period peculiaritis has been carred out on the basis, of obstetrics mother anamnesis studies. The sensitivity, spesifity and value of predictic prognosis of perinatal factors of risk has been investigated concerning probability hypoxic-ischemic damage occurence of CNS in newboms. Clinical and prognostic results of newboms examination are shown. Clinical and prognostic significance of Uric, Lactic, Pyruvic asids level and products of lipid peroxidation in newboms with hypoxic-ischemic brain damage are demonstrated. The diagnostic significans of the method of remote registration ofthermal stream intensity from the newboms scin surfase has been determined.
