Purchenoshvili T. Investigation and development of basic designs of corset articles taking into account morphological and physiological factors.

It has been determined that it is of high priority to take into account ergonomic requirements to corset articles and this supposes a control of values of specific pressure to the surface of the body. By the present, the characteristics of shape of surface of busts and their elastic properties have not been formalized and may not be used as a source information for setting the ergonomic level of the design developed. The author has proposed the principle of parameter setting of the shape of busts. The elastic base modulus factor is used for the characteristic of physical-mechanical properties of busts. The brassiere ergonomic level is established in the form of tolerable values of the deformation of busts, exceeding these values makes the design of brassiere inergonomic. The classification of shapes of busts and basic designs of brassiere has been developed. The mannequin for the evaluation of the quality of fitting corset articles is proposed. The principle of the tranformation of brassiere designshas been established. The data on the efficiency of the use of the investigation results are provided.
