Mainly isoenzymspecific character of inhibitors interaction with the investigated metabolic enzymes of xenobiotics was esteblished. The interrlation between intensity of processes of drug biotransformation and their pharmacological activity was shown. One the example of indomethacin and ketamin we have demonstrated the possibility of goal-directed interference in metabolism, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of separate groups of drugs
