CdTe:V crystals. Investigation of V defects in CdTe. Methods of investigation: photoconductivity, thermostimulated conductivity, luminescence, temperature dependence of conductivity and magnetic susceptibility. The model of defects of V in CdTe have been proposed. The role of V defects in extension of the photosensitivity range and formation of semi-insulating state of CdTe have been studied. Sphere of application is opto-electronics.
