Luk'yanenko P. Elaboration of the process of extraction of long flax fibre on the base of scraper-scutching working organs.

Object of research: trust, long and short flax fibre. The purpose of research: development of a way of machining trusts fibre permitting to increase an output of a long filament from it. In activity the theoretical and experimental methods of researches are used. The evaluation of a filament was made on well-known techniques. Process of allocation of a long filament fibre with use of effects low-speed of a sliding bending of fixed units of a drawing through in a combination with by drums with needle-shaped sets on a pioneering stage for the first time is developed at gradual increase of speeds of slidting of a material on edges and high-speed effects of drums on a closing stage of machining. Percent linen trusts with various physico-mechanical properties before finishing processing is increased till 60-75. The output of a long filament from use of a combination of effects low-speed and high-speed sliding bending is increased on 1,6 % in a comparison with a conventional way of its allocation, the p ower consumption of a production equipment is reduced on 30 %, and it metal consumption more than in 2 times.
