Essay

The investigation is devoted to the elaboration of new xcriteria for selection of patients with connective tissue disorders (SCTD) for intensive cure by the methods of plasmapheresis (PA) and pulsetherapy (PT) with accounting of basic immune state (cellular abnnd humoral links). It was determined, that high levels of CIC, immunoglobulins G, as well as decrease in activity of T-lymphocytes and low reserve possibilities of neutrofiles by NBT-test- all of them may be additional criteria for prescription of extracorporal methods of treatment. There were elaborated clinical, laboratory and immunological criteria of PA and PA with PT efficacy in SCTD-patients.The results are introduced in practical rheumatology, and are used in clinics and research institutes.
