Tanasijchuk O. Puncture laser diskectomy at diskogenic lumbosacral radiculitis (specification of the indications, technologies, nearest and remote results of treatment)

The dissertation is devoted to current question of treatment osteochondrosis of a spine, in particular uses puncture laser diskectomy in treatment lumbosacral radiculitis. The complex of inspections necessary for definition of the indications and contra-indications to puncture laser diskectomy is specified, the indications and contra-indications to realization PLD are proved, the features of realization PLD are determined depending on a level of a defeat and degree herniated of a disk, the nearest and remote results of treatment of the patients with diskogenic lumbosacral radiculitis are investigated, the analysis of complications and unsatisfactory results of treatment is carried out at use puncture laser diskectomy. The efficiency of a method PLD in treatment at diskogenic lumbosacral radiculitis is proved.
