Essay

Improve results of complex treatment of patients with postamputation pain syndrome (PPS) with differential use of reflexotherapeutical methods is the aim of this reseach. Clinical and functional investigation of 110 patients with complains of PPS were conducted. As a result of this work assignment classification was worked out depending of the genesis of PPS. The new method of treatment of PPS - electropuncture compensatory therapy - was worked out and introduced to clinical practice. The method of contralateral local anaesthesia was improved. Indications, optimal regimens and parameters of using indicated methods were determined. The results of research can be used on a branch scale.
