In the dissertation the modern condition of the market of machine-tool constructing production is analysed, the major factors causing organization and efficiency of its selling are revealed, the criteria and parameters of efficiency of marketing activity of the industrial enterprise are certain and the technique of their account is given. The problems of organization of marketing activity at the enterprises of machine-tool construction and management efficiency by her, study of the market, development of strategy of an output on him, formation of commodity and marketing policy are investigated. The recommendations for the decision of these problems in new conditions of managing are developed. The basic ways of perfection of distribution both progress of the goods and services on the internal and external markets are certain. The methodical approaches to a choice of channels of distribution and tools of marketing, and also recommendation for organization of service of the buyers both stimulation of sell ing of the goods and services are offered
