Essay

Modular machine tools of the average size. Increase of efficiency of modular machine tools. A method is the modeling with use natural experiments, IBM, sensors. The mathematical models are developed: configuration of modular machine tools and accuracy of processing on modular machine tools. The modeling with use of models allows to choose rational variants of configuration. The variant of the modular machine tool with central column raising level of concentration, integrated approach of processing improving parameters of quality of workable details is offered. The methods are introduced. Area of use - modular machine-tool construction.
