Essay

30 patients with pseudoartrosis of the neck of femur. Improvement of the reconstructive technology in treatment of femoral neck pseudoartrosis was the aim of the work. Clinical, radiographic, biomechanic, statistic methods are used. Additional fixation with free bone grafts with selection of its best form and square was proved. New approach was worked out, which includes metalosteosynthesis, free and nonfree bone grafts. Methodic has given good and satisfactory results in 86,6% cases. Technology of the treatment have been using in traumatology departments of Kharkov city: №7, №8, clinical hospital of urgent trauma, railway clinical hospital №1. Traumatology and orthopaedics.
