The thesis is devoted to problems of development of target comprehensive programmes of development of economic systems with use of methods of network modelling and graph theory. The realizations program - target of approach are executed the analysis and research of streams of an information. The model of control procedure realization of the programs is constructed, the algorithms of definition of temporary parameters of a model and its realization are developed. Because of outcomes of a research the main directions of development of economy of Ukraine on a perspective are certain.
