Object of the investigation- is reliability of the thermocouples Aim of the investigation - is providing of reliability by means of contact condition stabilization. Methods of the investigation and apparats - are physical model -ling of the reliability, testing of the welded joints and equip- ment for microcondenser welding. Theoretical results and novelity- the calculation principles of reliability indexes for joints formation have been created. Practical results and novelity- are control of factors of relia- bility for joints formation on special equipment. Utilization area and degree of using- is metallurgy, experimen- tal batch of the thermocouples.
