306 patients with diseases and injuries of the spine, 36 blocks of lumbar vertebrae. Reduction of trauma of operative intervention, rationale use of internal and external fixation. Primarily algorithm for the choice of method of spondylodesis, internal and external immobilization was ca rried out.
