Essay

The object of research is lithium heptagermante crystal. The purpose of research is - installation the nature of phase transition in lithium heptagermante. The methods of research are: dielectric, optical and electronic paramag-netic resonance. The apparatus: thermoelectrically camera ТК-1, bridge of Capacities Е8-2, automatic recorder In-diem 622.01, radiospectrometer RADIOPAN SE/X 2547. The obtained outcomes on singularities of a behavior of dielectric properties can be used in the development of the theory of weak ferroelectrics. The results of the researches of the electronic paramagnetic resonance in Li2Ge7O15:Cr3+, which has been represented in thesis, can be recommended for the developers of new active medi-ums for solid-state lasers. The results of research can be used in the educational process. The sphere of use are: physics, laser engineering.
