Panfilova O. Characteristics and evalnation of functional cardiac murmurs in children

171 children with functional cardiac murmurs at the age of 3-15 years were observed in order to improve early diagnostics of cardio-vascular system's disorders, defermination of some mechanisms of murmur's formation and ground of effective methods of prevention and treatment . On the basis of analysis of profound clinical- instrumental investigation (ECG, PhCG, EchoCG, VEM, study of vegetative status, connective tissue metabolism) it vas determined, that cardiac murmurs appears on the unfavonrable premorbide background, in vegetative disfunction, dismetabolic myocardial disorders, that leads to disturbancies of contractive and pump cardiac function and decrease of tolerance to physical load. Trustwerthy changes of connective tissue metabolism in children with the cardiac microanomalies. Competence of clinical diagnosis of myocardiodystrophy of different genesis, vegetative dysfunction of different types or their combinations was proved. Programme and algorythm of investigation of children with functi onal cardiac murmurs, dispensary observation and complex of medical profilactive measures for prevention of progress of revealed disorders were worked ont. The obtained data are introduced into practice of pediatric, especially cardiologic medical entertainments. Region of inculcation - pediatrics and children's cardiology.
