Plant of a research: two-layer two-dimensional electronic systems. The purpose of a research: a research of a power spectrum, holovcky of conductivity and high-frequency appearances in two-layer two-dimensional electronic systems, which are generated because of semiconducting heterostructure GaAs/AlGaAs and which are in a quantum magnetic field. Methods of a research: analytical methods and calculations. Theoretical outcomes and novelty: the effect of vanishing holovcky a plateau with conjugate values of the factor of filling of levels Landay is expected which assists a lot basic; in essence of new high-frequency effects such, as emerging of a saltus of maximum magnitude on the form of a line cyclotron of a resonance, the quantization of factors of deceleration both fading surface polaritonov and their transient radiation by a charged part, which intersects a system.
