The formation of philosophical and worldview rounds of the optimal control over the ecological situation in Ukraine has een studied in the dissertation. The concept of the reasonable predominance over the nature where the control optium is achieved using the influence on the ecological situation bein exerted on scientific & theoretical, technological as well as political & practical levels, their unity and interdependence, has been suggested as a way out of ecological crisis.
