Physical degradation of epitaxial films YBa2Cu3O7-x under long-term storage in atmosphere and as a result of corpuscular and photon irradiation under conditions of laboratory and outer space (OS) has been studied. It has been shown that under laboratory storage the kinetics of the degradation of films depends on initial crystal perfectness and oxygen concentration in lattice. There was proposed the mechanism of physical degradation. In the earlier stages of degradation it is possible to restore superconducting properties of the films by VUV- irradiation in oxygen atmosphere. The possibility of application of this films in OS conditions has been supported experimentally.
