Object of study is an active market of foodstuffs, as a system of economic relations managing subjects. Purpose of study - a motivation of scientific and methodological backgrounds of marketing governing enterprise activity and marketing strategy development for the market of foodstuffs. Scientific novelty consists in elaborated and instrumental marketing device; otivated methodical recommendations for an ing a strategic analysis of positions of enterprises, directions of strategic develop- ment of marketing processes, need of an ing the changes to structures of management. Results of studies are used by enterprises AIE, trade founding and in the scholastic process.
