On the basis of the manyparticle approach a system of self - consistent equations for description of electronic and ionic structures of the liquid metal surface was constructed. Results of numerical calculation of the effective potential for ions in transition zone of liquid metals are discussed. All contributions of the third order in the electron - ion pseudopotential in the energy of free liquid metal surface are received and analyzed. The expression for the contributions of the three - ion interactions in surface energy of liquid metals in Kirkwood - Buff approximation is received. Potentials of two- and three - ion interaction in a metallic hydrogen and liquid aluminium are calculated. The important role of the irreducible three - proton interaction in metallic hydrogen in the formation of the local order in three- and four - proton clusters is shown. The lifetime of the metallic phase of hydrogen relative to the tunneling nucleation of the Н2 molecules is estimated.
