The is devoted to development of methodological rules of an evaluation of an economic efficiency of the investment projects, conditions of an investment in at restructuring of an industry. Are offered new and the known parameters of an economic efficiency of the investment projects are modified. The methodical approaches for an evaluation of economic conditions of an investment in restructuring of a commercial production are formulated. The applied outcomes are realized at an evaluation of efficiency of the investment projects of restructuring of the industrial enterprises of machine-building branch.
