Shul'zhyk Y. Systems of automatic matching of paints on roll printing coventional machines

Models of the tape passing systems of the roll printing stencil machines (RPSM) were developed, the systems were treated as interdependent controlled entity, where number of inputs and outputs depends on the printing sections quantity; mathematical models of paints displacement in the polychromatic RPSM were formed; relationships between paints displacement were defined, the relationships are caused by the interior and reciprocal adjustive actions, realized by various ways, it permit investigation of reciprocal adjustive effects in the tape passing systems and provide compensation for paints automatic matching systems accuracy rise; the algorithm of paints matching automatic control in line with paints displacement influence compensation at the polychromatic RPSM previous sections has been proposed and realized.
