. The culture protocols to establish the stable-growing calli from Taxus baccata L. and protoplasts from obtained callus have been developed. Histological analysis of callus formation from steems and seeds has described the participating of different types of tissues in this process.The established culture procedure enabled to obtaine callus lines retaining biosynthetic activity under long-term subculturing.
