Transport processes in ion-dipolar systems located in an external field or bounded space, are investigated by means of Zubarev's method of nonequilibrium statistical operator. Diffusion is considered in details. For the first time there are obtained analytical expressions for position dependent diffusion coefficients through microscopic characteristics of particles, namely, interaction potentials and distribution functions. Results may be applied to membrane technologies and phenomena, connected with diffusion.
