Essay

It is developed a new approach to formation of models, analysis of systems properties and optimization of quantum control systems. Bilinear control opportunities are investigated, optimal control problems for systems with terminal functionals are explored and solved. Construction principles for quantum circuit on the base of quantum elements (quantum multiports) are analyzed. Effective methods of synthesis of quantum two-port with total transmission in one-mode regime are developed. Method of two-pole structure sequential analysis and synthesis on the base of multimode transmission hierarchy is proposed
