The information technological process of an automatic measurements of astronegatives is constructed and applied to optimize the measurements of more then 2000 plates of program FON. The instrumental errors of automatic measuring complex are revealed and minimized. The algorithms and programs of optimal measuring process management are developed and applied. The results of this work have been used at the creation of the catalogue of positions and proper motions of 2 000 000 stars.
