The object of research is a noise processes in input circuits of information instrument systems of medical purpose; the goal of research is a development of mathematical models of active own noise-cancelling of input amplifiers and syntheses of active noise-cancelling on their base, development of principles of building of input amplifiers of input part of a system and primary converters of biosignals; methods of research and equipment are analytical and experimental; IBM, instrument equipments; theoretical and practical results are technique of noise-cancelling in input circuits of information instrument systems and its realization, system operation algorithms with the active noise-cancelling; novelty of imlementation is a offered technique of increasing accuracy of information instrument systems, which is based on the active suppression of noise forming by entering of additional sources of noises; degree of implementation is in scales of enterprise; domain (branch) of implementation is information insrument systems in medicine.
