The procedure method for the acception of the effective investment solutions are created. The multi-criteria model for the estimation of the investments effectiveness is developed. The procedure is adopted at the iron-ore enterprises under the Ukraine Ministry of Industry Policy. The sphere of its usage is the investment programs basing.
