Essay

Aim - perfection of osteosynthesis of femoral neck fractures by the perimeter of the neck section and improvement of the results of operative treatment in young patients. There was carried out biomechanical and mathematic basis of the method by means of theoretical calculations and modelling. It was established that the cross section from of fermoral neck approaching the form of ellipse, and when the fixators laying on the perimeter of the neck section, the strength of fixation increased 139%/ There was obtained high percent of good results
