Fine magnets. Researching of the stochastic dynamics of the magnetic moment of the fine magnets in bounds of mathematical approach, based on the forward and backward Fokker-Planck equations. The exact expressions for an average time of the thermal-induced reorientation of magnetic moments of single domain ferromagnetic particles forming the fine magnets in cases of uniaxial, beaxial and cubic anisotropy are found. The new method of finding an average time of the thermal-induced magnetic moment reorientation at presence of an oscillating magnetic field is developed. Field of application of research - microelectronics.
